Puro Nitro Coffee begins with a special roast of gourmet beans that are spiced with cinnamon and vanilla. This blend is "flash brewed", a Japanese method that flash chills hot brewed coffee, to extract its beautiful flavor. The coffee is then infused with nitrogen gas in order to provide it with a silky texture. Finally, during the canning process our coffee is dosed with liquid nitrogen to naturally preserve that fresh brewed taste.
